Zombie Cocktail
A classic tropical rum cocktail, the Zombie combines various rums with pineapple, passion fruit, and other warm-weather flavors.

Instructions

Combine 1 ounce each of light rum, gold rum, unsweetened pineapple juice, lemon juice, lime juice, and passion fruit syrup, along with 1/2 ounce simple syrup and 1 dash aromatic bitters, into a cocktail shaker.

Add 1 ounce high-proof rum to the shaker or reserve for a float, then fill with ice.

Shake the mixture thoroughly.

Strain the cocktail into a tall glass containing fresh ice.

Optionally, float the reserved high-proof rum by slowly pouring it over a bar spoon.

Garnish the drink with a fresh mint sprig.
