Yogurt Toast Recipe

A delightful custard yogurt toast bakes an egg and Greek yogurt mixture directly onto a slice of bread.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F or prepare your air fryer to 350 F.

  2. Whisk egg, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth and glossy.

  3. Press down the center of each bread slice, leaving a crust border, to form a well.

  4. Pour half of the yogurt mixture onto each bread slice and spread evenly.

  5. Scatter half of the berries or chocolate chips over each toast.

  6. Air fry each slice for 7 minutes at 350 F, or bake both slices in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

  7. Cool for 1-2 minutes, then dust with confectioners' sugar if desired, slice, and serve immediately.
