Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  2. Grease and flour a 9-inch round baking pan.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, melted butter, maple syrup or honey, and eggs.

  5. Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring until just blended.
