Yachae Mandoo (Korean Vegetarian Dumplings)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix egg, onion, cabbage, bean sprouts, tofu, and noodles.

  2. Combine garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.

  3. Pour the seasoning over the vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly by hand.

  4. Place one tablespoon of filling onto each dumpling wrapper, moisten the top edge, fold to seal, and crimp the edges.

  5. Repeat this process until all filling is used.

  6. Cook the finished dumplings by steaming, boiling, frying, or sautéing.
