Instructions

  1. Combine white chocolate chips, butter, heavy cream, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave in 30-second intervals for 1-2 minutes, stirring until fully melted.

  2. Stir in any desired flavorings or liqueurs.

  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm enough to scoop.

  4. Scoop into 1-inch balls, then dust hands with confectioners' sugar and roll them smooth.

  5. Place truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate while preparing the coating.

  6. Melt white candy coating in a separate microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  7. Dip each truffle into the melted coating, allowing excess to drip, then place back on the baking sheet.

  8. Immediately add any desired toppings before the coating sets.

  9. Refrigerate the tray for 10-15 minutes until the coating is fully set.
