White Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe
A rich bread pudding features white chocolate incorporated into the pudding and drizzled as a warm sauce.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar; simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat, add white chocolate chips, and whisk until smooth.

Whisk egg yolks and whole eggs in a large bowl.

Slowly whisk the warm cream and chocolate mixture into the eggs.

Cut challah bread into 1-inch cubes.

Pour the white chocolate mixture over the cubed bread, stir to coat, and let stand for 5 minutes until soft.

Transfer the bread mixture to the prepared dish.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown and set, then cool slightly.

For the sauce, bring heavy cream to a boil in a small saucepan; remove from heat, add white chocolate chips, and whisk until smooth.

Serve the warm bread pudding drizzled with the warm white chocolate sauce.
