Instructions

  1. Start boiling water and bay leaves in a small pot over high heat, covered.

  2. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-high and continue for 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and steep, covered, for 4 minutes.

  4. Strain out bay leaves.

  5. Sweeten or add milk as desired.
