Cut one medium seedless watermelon into 1/2-inch chunks.

Arrange watermelon on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet, cover, and freeze for one hour.

Blend 3 cups of frozen watermelon with 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, and 3 tablespoons maple syrup until smooth.

Serve immediately in chilled glasses, garnished with a watermelon wedge and fresh mint if desired.
