Warm Oven Brie With Pesto

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.

  2. In a food processor, combine pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, then process until finely chopped.

  3. With the processor running, gradually add olive oil and pulse for 30-40 seconds until a paste forms, then incorporate basil leaves and pulse until blended.

  4. Place the Brie in a baking dish or on a cookie sheet.

  5. Bake the Brie for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are melting and bubbly, being careful not to overmelt.

  6. Spread the prepared pesto over the warm Brie, offering any additional pesto on the side.
