Instructions

  1. Preheat a waffle cone maker as directed.

  2. Combine flour and salt in a small bowl.

  3. Whisk brown sugar and eggs in a medium bowl.

  4. Stir the flour mixture into the egg-sugar mixture.

  5. Mix in melted butter, milk, and vanilla.

  6. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto the maker, spreading evenly.

  7. Close the lid and cook for 1.5-2 minutes.

  8. Quickly remove the cooked waffle and roll it tightly around a cone roller, ensuring a tight point, then hold for 3 minutes to set.

  9. Cool the formed cones on a wire rack and repeat with the remaining batter.
