Virgin Miami Vice
A family-friendly virgin Miami Vice smoothie features distinct layers of pineapple-coconut and strawberry-lime.

Instructions

Combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, half-and-half, and 1/2 cup ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, then pour into a highball glass.

Rinse the blender. Add strawberry puree, lime juice, simple syrup, and the remaining 1/2 cup ice. Blend until smooth.

Gently layer the strawberry-lime mixture over the pineapple-coconut mixture using a bar spoon.

Garnish with a strawberry.
