Vegetarian Pumpkin Dumplings

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Whisk pumpkin, egg replacer, salt, nutmeg, and baking powder in a large bowl.

Gradually add flour to form a soft dough.

Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into the boiling water; boil for 10 to 12 minutes.

Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat; sauté dumplings for 7 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
