Vegetarian Oven-Baked Cheese and Bell Pepper Quesadillas

Preheat oven to 3750F and lightly grease a baking sheet.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook sliced bell peppers with cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice for 3 to 5 minutes until soft.
