Vegetarian Minestrone Soup

In a large pot, combine vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, carrots, celery, onion, zucchini, green beans, garlic, and one bay leaf.

Bring to a low simmer and cook for 45 to 60 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir in salt, pepper, and macaroni pasta. Increase heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked.
