  2. Combine breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoned salt in a large bowl.

  3. Dip zucchini slices in soy milk, then coat thoroughly with the seasoned breadcrumb mix.

  4. Arrange coated zucchini in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until lightly crisped.

  6. Flip chips and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
