Vegan Tofu Veggie Burgers

Press excess moisture from the tofu using a clean towel.

Mash the pressed tofu in a large bowl.

Combine mashed tofu with onions, green onions, wheat germ, flour, garlic powder, soy sauce, and pepper; mix well.

Form the mixture into 1-inch thick patties.

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Fry patties, in batches if needed, for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crisp. An oiled stovetop grill pan can be used instead.

Serve the burgers on vegan buns with your choice of toppings.
