Vegan Tofu Peanut Butter Pie
A delightful dairy-free peanut butter pie is easily made using silken tofu, creamy peanut butter, and soy milk for a rich vegan dessert.

Instructions

Blend tofu, peanut butter, sugar, soy milk, and vanilla in a food processor until smooth.

Transfer the mixture into a pie shell, spreading and smoothing the top.
