Vegan Tofu Peanut Butter Pie

Instructions

  1. Blend tofu, peanut butter, sugar, soy milk, and vanilla in a food processor until smooth.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a pie shell, spreading and smoothing the top.

  3. Optionally top with melted vegan chocolate and crushed peanuts.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.

  5. Serve.
