Vegan Tofu 'Fish' Sticks

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Slice tofu into strips and coat with flour.

Whisk soy milk, soy sauce, and lemon juice in one bowl; combine breadcrumbs, nori seaweed, and lemon pepper in another.

Dip floured tofu in the soy milk mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping once, until crispy and golden, or pan-fry on both sides in oil.
