Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter and sugar, mixing until fully incorporated. Stir in milk.

  3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt to the peanut butter mixture, mixing until the thick batter is unified.

  4. Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and place on a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet. Repeat for all dough, optionally rolling balls in sugar for crunch.

  5. Press a crosshatch design onto each cookie top with a fork.

  6. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the cookies are lightly golden and cracked.

  7. Cool on the cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Store cooled cookies in an airtight container.
