Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F and prepare a sprayed baking sheet.

  2. Whisk soy milk, flour, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.

  3. Pat cauliflower dry, then coat each piece with the soy milk mixture.

  4. Arrange coated cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes.

  5. Combine hot sauce and melted vegan butter in a small bowl or over low heat.

  6. Coat baked cauliflower with the wing sauce, then return to the baking sheet.
