Instructions

  1. Prepare and bake the dairy-free graham cracker crust in a 9-inch pie plate, allowing it to cool completely.

  2. Blend the tofu, lime juice, zest, sugar, salt, and cornstarch until the mixture is smooth and thick.

  3. Pour the blended mixture into the cooled pie crust.

  4. Freeze the pie for at least 2 hours until firm.

  5. Serve directly from the freezer, optionally garnished with lime wedges.
