Vegan Hot Chocolate Recipe

Instructions

  1. Heat non-dairy milk in a small saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes until very hot but not boiling.

  2. Reduce heat to a simmer, then add and stir in chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, and salt for 2 minutes until the chocolate melts.

  3. Remove from heat and whisk until the mixture is combined and frothy.

  4. Divide into two mugs and serve immediately.
