Instructions

  1. Assemble sandwiches by placing 2 ounces of dairy-free cheese on 4 bread slices, then topping with the remaining slices and pressing firmly.

  2. Lightly oil a nonstick pan with olive oil, heat over medium-high, and add the sandwiches.

  3. Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of water to the pan, cover, and steam for 30 seconds to 1 minute to melt the cheese.

  5. Remove sandwiches and serve immediately.
