Vegan Chocolate Sorbet Recipe

Instructions

Melt sugar in a large saucepan over medium heat until golden, stirring frequently once it begins to melt.

Reduce heat to medium-low, add water, and stir until the caramel completely dissolves.

Stir in cocoa powder and salt until smooth.

Remove from heat, cool for one hour, then stir in vanilla.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for two hours.

Pour into a shallow container and freeze.

Stir every 30 minutes for approximately two hours until the sorbet reaches the desired consistency.
