Vegan Black Bean and Hummus Wrap Recipe
A quick and delicious vegetarian and vegan black bean and hummus sandwich wrap is assembled and baked.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 F.

Sauté onion until translucent, then add bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in mushrooms and corn.

Spread hummus on a wrap, then fill with sautéed vegetables, beans, poblano strips, and fresh spinach.

Roll the wrap.

Place seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Serve warm with guacamole and salsa.
