Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Brown ground beef and onion until no longer pink, then stir in garlic for 1 minute.

Add cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, and optional cinnamon and nutmeg.
