Preheat oven to 400 F.

Place puff pastry sheets on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden and puffed; do not turn off the oven.

Break baked puff pastry into 1 to 2-inch pieces, then combine with nuts and coconut flakes in a large bowl and transfer to a greased 9x12-inch baking dish, ensuring even distribution.

Heat sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and water in a saucepan over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove and cool.

Pour the cooled milk mixture over the pastry and nut blend, top with cream, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
