Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. Place puff pastry sheets on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden and puffed; do not turn off the oven.

  3. Break baked puff pastry into 1 to 2-inch pieces, then combine with nuts and coconut flakes in a large bowl and transfer to a greased 9x12-inch baking dish, ensuring even distribution.

  4. Heat sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and water in a saucepan over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove and cool.

  5. Pour the cooled milk mixture over the pastry and nut blend, top with cream, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.

  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
