A traditional Japanese Ujikintoki kakigori combines shaved ice with green tea syrup, red bean paste, and a drizzle of condensed milk.

Instructions

Dissolve green tea powder and granulated sugar in 2 tablespoons of hot water.

Cool the syrup, then pour it into a small serving bowl.
