Instructions

  1. Dissolve green tea powder and granulated sugar in 2 tablespoons of hot water.

  2. Cool the syrup, then pour it into a small serving bowl.

  3. Shave ice over the green tea syrup in the bowl.

  4. Top the shaved ice with anko and pour sweetened condensed milk over it.
