Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with waxed paper.

  2. Spread almonds in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until toasted; let cool.

  3. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, being careful not to overheat.

  4. Stir the cooled toasted almonds into the melted chocolate.

  5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.

  6. Break the firm bark into pieces and store in a cool, dry place.
