Turmeric Latte

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, honey or maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper, melted ghee, and optional ginger in a small pot.

  2. Whisk the mixture while bringing it to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat to low, then simmer and whisk for 3 to 5 minutes until slightly reduced and the spices are incorporated.

  4. Pour into a mug and optionally sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
