Turmeric Latte
A cozy golden milk, or turmeric latte, combines milk with various spices and a touch of sweetness for an aromatic morning beverage.

Instructions

Combine milk, honey or maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper, melted ghee, and optional ginger in a small pot.

Whisk the mixture while bringing it to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, then simmer and whisk for 3 to 5 minutes until slightly reduced and the spices are incorporated.

Pour into a mug and optionally sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
