Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine salep flour or wheat starch with sugar.

  2. Stir in milk until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Heat the mixture over a low flame, stirring constantly for approximately 10 minutes, until it thickens considerably.

  4. Pour the thickened salep into warm mugs and top with cinnamon.
