Turkey Meatballs Baked With Parmesan Cheese
Moist turkey meatballs, made from ground turkey, turkey thighs, Parmesan cheese, and various seasonings, are ideal as appetizers or served with spaghetti.

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Line a large baking sheet with nonstick foil.

Combine turkey, cheese, 3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs, egg, Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until blended.

Shape into 3/4 ounce meatballs.

Roll meatballs in fine dry breadcrumbs to lightly coat, then arrange on the baking sheet and dust with dry breadcrumbs.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
