Turkey Green Chili
A hearty chili featuring turkey, green chiles, hominy, and white beans offers a simple and satisfying meal.

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add poblano peppers, onion, and salt, cooking and stirring for 5 minutes until softened.

Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add turkey and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes until browned.

If using beer, add it and bring to a boil, scraping up any browned bits from the pot.

Pour in broth and bring to a boil.

Add hominy and beans; bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper, then simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve topped with cilantro, scallion, avocado, and cotija cheese.
