Turkey Club Sandwich

A classic club sandwich featuring leftover turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and an optional touch of cranberry sauce.

Instructions

  1. Toast three slices of bread; spread mayonnaise on one side of each.

  2. On one slice, layer lettuce, tomato, optional cranberry sauce, and bacon. Top with a second slice, mayo-side down.

  3. Spread mayonnaise on the upward-facing side of the second slice, then layer with turkey and another lettuce leaf. Top with the third bread slice.

  4. Cut the assembled sandwich diagonally into triangles.
