Turkey Chow Mein With Fresh Vegetables

Instructions

Boil water and cook noodles according to package directions.

Combine sauce ingredients, adding cornstarch last.

Heat a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add oil; stir-fry mushrooms for one minute.

Remove mushrooms. Add more oil, then stir-fry celery and red bell pepper.

Remove vegetables. Add more oil, then stir-fry onion and garlic.

Add turkey to the pan, cook for one minute, then return all vegetables.

Stir in bean sprouts.

Add the prepared sauce.

Bring to a boil, add cooked noodles, and mix thoroughly.
