Turkey Chow Mein With Fresh Vegetables

Instructions

  1. Boil water and cook noodles according to package directions.

  2. Combine sauce ingredients, adding cornstarch last.

  3. Heat a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Add oil; stir-fry mushrooms for one minute.

  5. Remove mushrooms. Add more oil, then stir-fry celery and red bell pepper.

  6. Remove vegetables. Add more oil, then stir-fry onion and garlic.

  7. Add turkey to the pan, cook for one minute, then return all vegetables.

  8. Stir in bean sprouts.

  9. Add the prepared sauce.

  10. Bring to a boil, add cooked noodles, and mix thoroughly.
