Turkey Baste

Instructions

Melt butter in a small saucepan.

Stir in lemon juice, poultry seasoning, dried basil, thyme, and sage; simmer on low for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.

Baste poultry every 30 minutes after the first hour of cooking, ceasing during the final 30 minutes of cook time.
