Turkey Bacon Avocado Club
A turkey bacon club sandwich features creamy avocado and a zesty garlic aioli.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Bake the bacon for 10 minutes, or brown it in a pan.

Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder for the aioli.

Toast bread until lightly browned, then cool it on a rack.

On the first toast slice, layer 2 turkey slices, a small handful of spinach, 1 tomato slice, and 2 bacon pieces.

Add a second toast slice, then layer with 3 more turkey slices, 4 avocado slices, and 2 more bacon pieces.

Spread aioli onto the last toast slice and place it aioli-side down on the sandwich.

Cut the sandwich into four triangles and secure each piece with a toothpick.
