Turkey and Broccoli Quiche

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  2. Line unbaked crust with parchment or foil and pie weights, then bake for 15 minutes until edges are browned.

  3. Remove weights and liner, then reduce oven temperature to 375 F.

  4. While the crust bakes, melt butter in a skillet, add water, broccoli, and onion, and cook until tender.

  5. Distribute the cooked broccoli, onion, turkey, and cheese into the partially baked pie shell.

  6. Whisk eggs, half-and-half, curry powder, and salt together in a bowl.

  7. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie shell.

  8. Bake on a baking sheet for 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
