Tuna Ceviche Recipe

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice and onion in a non-reactive bowl; marinate for 5 minutes.

  2. Stir in tuna, mango, avocado, and cucumber.

  3. Add tomato-clam juice, hot sauce, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; marinate for another 5 minutes.

  4. Adjust salt to taste, then drain and serve with tostadas, chips, or crackers.
