Tuna and Veggie Pasta Salad (Parve)

Instructions

  1. Start boiling salted water for pasta.

  2. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli florets for the final minute of cooking.

  3. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then rinse immediately with cold water and drain thoroughly.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, broccoli, tuna, tomatoes, olives, and scallions.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, optional mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.

  6. Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta salad and mix well just before serving.
