Tri-Tip Steak Tacos

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill.

  2. Combine oil, lime juice, cumin, Worcestershire, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Place tri-tip in a resealable bag, pour marinade over it, seal, and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours.

  4. Remove marinated tri-tip from the bag (discarding marinade) and place it on the grill.

  5. Grill tri-tip for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

  6. During the last half of cooking, wrap tortillas in foil and add them to the grill, turning them a few times.

  7. Remove steak and tortillas from the grill; rest the meat for 5 minutes.

  8. Thinly slice the rested steak against the grain.

  9. Assemble tacos by adding sliced tri-tip to tortillas, then topping with guacamole, pico de gallo, and cilantro.
