Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and sauté chopped onions, garlic, and ginger until translucent.

  2. Add biltong and sauté for 30 seconds.

  3. Stir in tomato puree and peanut butter to coat the ingredients.

  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cayenne pepper (if desired), then cook for 5 minutes until slightly reduced.

  5. Pour in water and simmer for 10 minutes until the stew thickens into a sauce.
