Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  2. Combine feta, cream cheese, za'atar, dried oregano, and 2 tablespoons of milk in a food processor; puree until smooth, adding up to 2 additional tablespoons of milk for desired consistency.

  3. On the prepared baking sheet, layer the phyllo pastry sheets, brushing each layer with melted butter until all are used.

  4. Spread the feta mixture evenly over the top phyllo layer, leaving a 1 1/2-inch border.

  5. Distribute tomatoes evenly over the feta mixture, then fold the phyllo edges inward to create a tart border and brush any exposed dough with melted butter.

  6. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the pastry is light golden brown, then top with parsley and serve.
