Tomato, Corn, and Basil Salad Recipe

Instructions

  1. In a salad bowl, combine oil, vinegar, and salt.

  2. Mince a shallot and stir into the dressing.

  3. Husk corn and carefully cut kernels from the cobs.

  4. Core tomatoes, cut in half, squeeze out seeds, and chop.

  5. Add corn and chopped tomatoes to the dressing and toss to combine.
