Instructions

  1. Toast coriander, cumin, fennel, and cardamom seeds in a pan over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes until lightly browned.

  2. Grind the toasted spices into a fine powder.

  3. Combine the ground spices with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  4. Use the rub immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to six months.
