Three Ingredient Mini Tart Shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (325 F for dark pans).

  2. Cream butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl.

  3. Gradually add flour and mix until well combined.

  4. Form dough into a ball, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  5. Remove dough, roll into 2-inch balls, and place in a 24-cup miniature muffin tin.

  6. Press each ball into a tart shell shape.

  7. Fill shells with approximately 2 cups of desired filling and bake for 15-25 minutes.

  8. Alternatively, bake unfilled shells for 5-10 minutes.
