Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a loaf pan.

  2. Mince three peppers; omit seeds and veins for a milder spice level.

  3. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, and Italian seasoning; mix well.

  4. Heat olive oil in a pan, then sauté onion until soft.

  5. Add minced peppers and garlic; cook until softened.

  6. Pour the cooked chile-garlic mixture over the seasoned meat and mix thoroughly.

  7. Incorporate eggs, milk, and breadcrumbs into the meat mixture; add more breadcrumbs if needed for binding.

  8. Pack the meat mixture firmly into the loaf pan.

  9. Prick small holes on the meatloaf's top surface and pour tomato soup over it.

  10. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted yields clear juices.

  11. Cool slightly before serving.
