Instructions

  1. Cut 3/4 to 1 pound pork tenderloin into strips or 1 to 1.5-inch cubes.

  2. Combine 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon Chinese rice wine, 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar, ground pepper, 1 minced garlic clove (optional), and 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch in a bowl.
