Instructions

  1. Place 8 cups shredded cabbage in a large serving bowl.

  2. Whisk 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1 scant teaspoon celery seeds (optional), and season with salt and pepper in a small bowl.
