Instructions

  1. Heat water until steaming hot.

  2. Combine equal parts barbecue sauce and hot water in a mixing bowl, then whisk until fully incorporated.

  3. Let the BBQ water cool or refrigerate it.

  4. Pour the specified liquors, cooled BBQ water, and the juice of a quarter orange into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

  5. Shake vigorously, then strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.

  6. Separately, shake a quarter bottle of beer until it becomes foamy.

  7. Spoon the beer foam on top of the cocktail as a garnish.
